Registered users will also be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To register, simply select "Customer Register" at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to enter your details and “opt in” to our email updates. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.

When you register with us you will become a member of our skin care club, with all the benefits that go with it. We will send you free samples, free gifts from time-to-time, advance notification of upcoming specials, but best of all you will receive extra discounts every time you shop with us. (Your email address identifies your account and records your account and purchase details).
Our on-line prices are up to 30% off the RRP, but you can get much more!
If you refer a friend who purchases from us you will receive an additional 5% - if you successfully refer 10 new customers to us you will receive a massive 50% off your next order!
Every time you order three or more products from us at one time you will receive a further 5% discount.
And every time you order from us you will receive an additional 1% discount, just for coming back! After 5 orders you will remain at the maximum 5% discount level (plus any other discounts like Refer a Friend, etc).
Methods Of Ordering
You can order from our website 24 hours a day and we take telephone orders between 12pm and 3pm Monday to Friday. You can also fax us on 09 909 6078 anytime.
All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from LoveYourSkin. We use the latest SSL encryption (128 bit) technology to ensure all your details are kept secure. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties. Ever.
Methods Of Payment
We accept orders by phone (0800 78 0800) or by fax (click here to download our fax order form (PDF required).
We can accept any orders from around the world using either Visa or MasterCard. (The security and increasing total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to list this as the most simple and efficient system of payment.)
Or you can also use our online bank page to transfer money.
If you have any objection to these methods, and wish to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative arrangements.
Place An Order
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping bag. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date. Regular shipping is always free with Love Your Skin.
Any discounts or promotions will be listed before your final checkout.
You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Please include your daytime and night-time phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.
Order confirmation will be sent after completion of this process and dispatch details will be e-mailed to you with a tracking number immediately your order is sent, or you can check the status of your shipment status on the homepage of our site.
Edit My Order
You can make any changes to your order before you go to CheckOut by adding, deleting or amending items in your Shopping Bag. If you wish to edit or change your order after you have checked out, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been dispatched, you may not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item/s for a refund.
Returns Policy
Except at the busiest times of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched the next working day after receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
Please report any problems with items you receive to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.
None of the above returns policy definitions affect your statutory rights.
Coupon Redemption
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.
Forgot Username or Password
Your Username is your email address. If you forget your password, simply go to the Log In page and choose "Forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your password within a few minutes.
Edit Account Information
If you wish to edit your account information, simply log in and click on Members located at the top right of the page. From here you can review past and current orders, plus change your password or any of your details.
View Past/Pending Orders
To View your past or pending orders, log into your account and click on Members located at the top right of the page.
Delivery
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery and sent from our distribution centre within 1 working day of the order being placed. We send ALL orders by NZ Post Track & Trace. Normal delivery is less than 3 days.
We will email you your Track & Trace reference number when your order is dispatched. You can track your orders progress here.
And remember, delivery is FREE!
Please note that we do not dispatch goods over the weekend so the next working day would be Monday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery outside of Australia and New Zealand and Pacific Islands
Love Your Skin ships mainly to New Zealand and Australia at present. If you are outside of these areas please feel free to contact us (we may have to charge you for delivery).

I may be able to trace your parcel if it isn't at your local post office, but please note that a full trace will take up to 10 days due to postal requirements.
Damaged Shipment
We always take care of our customers and acknowledge that damage from shipping is NOT your responsibility. If your package arrives damaged, please call Customer Service right away. We’ll take care of you. Whether your item is scratched, smashed, or broken, we will cover the cost to ship it back to us and send out a replacement. If the same item is no longer available and you aren’t interested in something else of the same value, we will be happy to refund you completely, including any shipping fees.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We do not sell or give your details to any third party.
